1.	Screened Porch Conversion - February 22, 2008 Peak Home Improvements constructed a sun room from a screened porch for me. They listened to what I wanted to have done, made suggestions where pertinent and maintained a very clean site during construction. The subcontractors were as good as Peak's own employees. I am very pleased with the room and I would hire them again.
2.	Building additions - July 1, 2008 We started an addition to our home in conjunction with the installation of an inground pool. Peak started the addition several weeks after the pool company started and we were concerned about how the two contractors would marry up. In the end, Peak surpassed the pool contractor and finished ahead of schedule and below our budget. Their work was top notch and their finishes great. Peak was a pleasure to work with.
3.	Basement Finishing - July 4, 2008 Peak Home Improvements finished our basement for us after we just moved into our new home. They designed and finished all the work in record time. They gave me an estimate on the cost of the project and came well within the numbers we were counting on. They listened to us as we were planning what to do with the space and came up with an awesome floor plan for us. We could not be happier and would call them first for any and all future work. 4.	Deck - July 4, 2008 After moving into our new home we contracted with Peak Home Improvements to build us a deck on the back of our home. It went the entire length of our home and had to be built with enough strength to withstand the weight of a very large hot tub. Peak designed and built us a beautiful deck that you could drive a tank across. We would definitely use Peak for all other future projects. Thanks again for a great job.
5.	Large home addition - February 10, 2010 We selected Peak for a home addition project to add a main level bedroom and bathroom for my disabled daughter and a hearth room to expand our family living area. They added value by making great suggestions we never would have thought of to further enhance the new living area. They are dependable and stand behind their work. We happily will work with Peak Home Improvements again on our next project!
6.	Basement Repair - August 30, 2010 We had water damage in our finished basement from a faulty sump pump. We called Peak Home Improvements to come give us an estimate for our insurance company.Without even giving them the go ahead form us or our insurance company they began cleaning up the mess and hauling out soaked carpet as well as extracting the standing water. We did use them to do completion. They arrived when they said they would be there, completed everything that needed to be repaired/replaced in a very timely manner. Even dusted my bookcase shelves from the drywall dust and replaced my personal items back into place. Drywall was cut out/repalced, carpet removed/replaced and walls painted. I was very pleased with their work and how they went above the call to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend this company for any home additions or repairs.
7.	Church Construction - August 30, 2010 We can not say enough about this company. They are very reliable and do excellent work. We recently built our new church @380 Polk St. and used this company to do so. They have awesome ideas and show great workmanship in every aspect. They stand behind their work and create an atomosphere that is very pleasing to be around and work with. It was our pleasure meeting such fine people and working so closely with them in this ten month project. Yes, approx. ten months to completely tear down, clean up and rebuild our beautiful church. Great leadership. Would definately use them again.
