Eric attended IVY Tech while he worked as a Certified Cardiology Tech at St. Vincent's Hospital and assited in the implementation of the computerized EKG Data Management System. He graduated in 2002 with an Associates Degree in Information Technology / Networking. In 2003 Eric took a position as the Assistant Database Administrator at The Indiana Heart Institute. In 2004, he was promoted and his title was changed to The Coordinator for Technical Support. He supervised the databases for 9 Remote hospitals as well as the systems related to the Heartbase Database located at St. Vincent Hospital. In Oct 2006, he started to work on a few computers for couple of people that knew he could work on computers. In Nov 2006, he started Archer's Computer Diagnostic Service after his position at IHI was outsourced. To date, his clients include numberous private individuals, as well as several area businesses. Many of the individuals and businesses keep Archer's Computer Diagnostic Service as their primary computer service company.
